How to improve the water absorption strength of the self-priming pump

Date: 2024-10-22 Author: hrzl

The on-site self-priming pump can pump water up after filling the pump with water for the first time, but after stopping the pump for a few hours or a night, you must add water to the pump to pump it up next time you start the pump. This is mostly because the pump cavity of the self-priming pump is small. After the pump is stopped, the sealing of the conventional self-priming pump inlet check valve is not very good, resulting in the backflow of water in the pump body and the loss of part of the water. Therefore, the second start needs to replenish water to suck up the water. So what should I do if the so-called self-priming pump has low suction power: If it is clean water, you can install a bottom valve. If you don’t want to install a bottom valve, you can send the pump to our company for special processing and optimization and upgrading to improve the self-priming ability of the self-priming pump. The original self-priming pump with a self-priming height of 4-5 meters can be increased to 6-9 meters. 6-8 meters is one level, and 8-9.2 meters is another level. The prices of the two levels are different.

The appearance of the self-priming pump with a self-priming height of 6-7 meters is the same as that of the ordinary self-priming pump. We have only changed some shapes and sizes inside the pump body. The self-priming pump with a self-priming height of 8-9.2 meters is a self-priming pump with a vacuum auxiliary system installed on the basis of the self-priming pump. If a vacuum auxiliary device is added on the basis of the self-priming pump with the self-priming height of the self-priming pump itself changed, the self-priming ability of this self-priming pump will be even stronger. The horizontal distance can reach about 150 meters. In addition, the water can be quickly sucked up at a self-priming height of 9.2 meters.
