The bearing components of the diesel long shaft deep well pump employ a dual rolling bearing arrangement. In contrast, many manufacturers' long-shaft fire pumps typically utilize only a thrust bearing for their bearing components, which supports the rotor's weight and the pump's axial force. This configuration fails to adequately counterbalance the radial force of the pump, often resulting in significant vibrations during operation, which can lead to accelerated bearing wear, loosening of the packing gland, and subsequent water leakage problems. In contrast, the XBC series long-axis fire pumps integrate a deep groove ball bearing above the existing thrust bearing to provide radial support for the entire rotor assembly, ensuring effective balance of both axial and radial forces, thus improving the smoothness and reliability of the pump's operation.
HRZL is willing to customize the pump functions based on your actual needs, striving to satisfy every customer. Our quality assurance department strictly implements the quality inspection process to ensure the reliability of the pump.
