The motor powers the impeller, which rotates within the liquid through the shaft. As the fluid receives energy from the impeller, it is redirected through the space guide vane, rises vertically along the flow path between the inner and outer pipes, and exits horizontally via the outlet elbow. The pump is comprised of two primary components: the central rotating assembly and the pump body. The rotating assembly consists of the impeller, shaft, sleeve-type rigid coupling (which includes the coupling and coupling sleeve), and bearings. The pump body includes a filter screen, space guide vane, outer tube, inner pipe, rubber bearing frame, base, water outlet elbow, bearing housing, and motor base.
HRZL is willing to customize the pump functions based on your actual needs, striving to satisfy every customer. Our quality assurance department strictly implements the quality inspection process to ensure the reliability of the pump.
