The motor powers the impeller, which functions submerged in the liquid, causing it to rotate through the shaft. As the fluid receives energy from the impeller, it is redirected through the space guide vane, rises vertically along the designated flow path between the inner and outer pipes, and exits horizontally through the outlet elbow. The pump comprises two primary components: the central rotating assembly and the pump casing. The rotating assembly consists of the impeller, shaft, sleeve-type rigid coupling (which includes the coupling and coupling sleeve), and bearings. The pump casing contains the filter screen, space guide vane, outer tube, inner pipe, rubber bearing frame, base, water outlet elbow, bearing housing, and motor base.
HRZL is willing to customize the pump functions based on your actual needs, striving to satisfy every customer. Our quality assurance department strictly implements the quality inspection process to ensure the reliability of the pump.
