Fire water supply systems often utilize air pressure tanks as a substitute for elevated water tanks to meet the initial water requirements for a period of 10 minutes during fire protection events. However, traditional air pressure tanks generally demand considerable space. The fire-fighting gas top pressure water supply system is a cutting-edge fixed fire extinguishing solution designed in accordance with GB/T50016 "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" and GB27898.4 "Fixed Fire Water Supply Equipment Part 4: Fire-fighting Gas Top Pressure Water Supply Equipment." This system includes an air pressure water tank, a pressure stabilization device, a decompression mechanism, an air shut-off device, sensors, and an electric control system. The capacity of the tank is three to five times that of a conventional air pressure tank, ensuring a consistent water supply pressure, thus making it an ideal option for extensive water storage needs. The emergency fire water supply equipment is equipped with automatic operation logging and export functions, enhancing accountability and enabling the analysis of incident causes.

When the water level in the air pressure water tank drops below P3, the stabilization pressure pump activates to supply water to the fire pipe network, while any excess water is redirected back to the air pressure tank. The pump will stop once the liquid level reaches the specified threshold P4. If the system pressure is inadequate at this point, the air compressor will engage. The compressor will cease operation once the pressure reaches the upper limit SP2 of the regulated pressure. Should there be any leaks or other issues that lead to a decrease in pipe network pressure, the air compressor will reactivate when the pressure falls to the lower limit of stabilized pressure SP1, continuing this cycle as required.
