Introduction:
The HRZL-ZW pressurization and pressure stabilization system consists of a water pump, an air pressure tank (specifically a capsule diaphragm tank as detailed in this document), an electrical control cabinet, and various essential valves, pipelines, and components. Typically, the system features a primary backup, which includes two water pumps with identical specifications that generally operate alternately in an automated fashion. Should one pump fail, the other is automatically activated to ensure uninterrupted operation. This system is vital for supplying water to the fire pipe network and for maintaining the network's pressure during equipment downtime. Furthermore, it serves as a pressure switch. The electrical control cabinet regulates the operation of the water pump based on pressure input signals, enabling automatic control of the system. This equipment is primarily designed for pressure supplementation in closed systems or pipe networks, commonly utilized in central air-conditioning systems and other applications that require pressure stabilization. It is not typically used as the primary pump.
Features:
Food-grade airbag
Integrated and easy installation
Compact design
Rubber diaphragm
The system offers fully automated control capabilities, featuring manual/automatic switching, pressure adjustment, voltage stabilization, high and low voltage protection, phase loss protection, overload protection, water shortage and pressure loss protection, and automatic shutdown in the absence of water, along with instantaneous trip protection. Additionally, it can be customized to include visual remote adjustment, as well as monitoring and maintenance of both primary and secondary pumps during regular operation.
Customized solutions:
HRZL is willing to customize the pump functions based on your actual needs, striving to satisfy every customer. Our quality assurance department strictly implements the quality inspection process to ensure the reliability of the pump.
