The motor powers the impeller, which rotates within the liquid via the shaft. As the fluid receives energy from the impeller, it is redirected through the space guide vane, rising vertically along the flow path between the inner and outer pipes, and ultimately exiting horizontally through the outlet elbow. The pump comprises two primary components: the central rotating assembly and the pump body. The rotating assembly consists of the impeller, shaft, sleeve-type rigid coupling (which includes the coupling and coupling sleeve), and bearings. The pump body contains the filter screen, space guide vane, outer pipe, inner pipe, rubber bearing frame, base, water outlet elbow, bearing housing, and motor base.
HRZL is willing to customize the pump functions based on your actual needs, striving to satisfy every customer. Our quality assurance department strictly implements the quality inspection process to ensure the reliability of the pump.
