Introduction:
The ZLB pump is defined as a single-stage vertical axial flow pump, facilitating the movement of liquid in the axial direction of the pump shaft. This specific water pump is engineered for low lift applications while achieving a considerable flow rate. It is particularly suitable for the transfer of clean water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. The maximum permissible temperature for the liquid being pumped is 50℃. Its main applications encompass farmland drainage and irrigation, the conveyance of circulating water in industrial thermal power facilities, as well as municipal water supply and drainage systems. Furthermore, it is employed for raising water levels at docks and in various water conservation projects, showcasing a wide array of uses.
Features:
Innovative process design
High efficiency
Significant water volume
User-friendly operation
The water pump primarily consists of a pump body and a transmission system. The body is made from high-quality carbon steel, and the bearings are lubricated with water during operation. The bearing neck is also constructed from high-quality carbon steel, featuring a hard chromium coating that improves both wear and corrosion resistance. When observed from the suction port, the impeller of the water pump rotates in a counterclockwise direction. There are three available transmission methods: direct drive from a vertical motor, V-belt transmission from a vertical motor, and vertical cross flat belt transmission.
